    When will I receive my order? 

    • Once you place an order you will receive an email confirmation.
    • The order will then be processed and packed. After this step the order will be shipped
      • Please allow at least 1 business day for processing and packing
    • You will receive your order within 1-3 business days.
      • ex. Order placed and processed on Mon. Shipped on Tuesday, received by Friday the latest.
      • ex. Order placed on Friday night. Processed and shipped on Saturday. Received by Wednesday next week the latest.
    • Clothing orders will take 1-3 weeks to ship

    What do I do if I never received my order?

    • Please email us regarding your order, again we are not responsible for lost mail or packages.

    What are the shipping options?

    • Standard (free with sticker orders only)
    • Standard with Tracking

    Please note that we are shipping from the East coast, so please be patient if you live in the Midwest/West coast for your order.

    Exchanges:

    • If you made a mistake on your order and need to edit or exchange an item please email us within 24 hrs.
    • Orders that have been shipped cannot be exchanged.

    Refund and Return Policy:

    All sales are final. Please consider that most of our items are low cost, we also do not have anything setup where we can easily and smoothly execute a transaction for a refund or return.
